Durante esta formación de 5 días, financiada por el programa Erasmus+, exploraremos la facilitación gráfica y el registro gráfico, y cómo estas poderosas herramientas visuales pueden utilizarse en el trabajo con jóvenes.
La facilitación gráfica es una forma de guiar los procesos grupales mediante dibujos sencillos y técnicas visuales que ayudan a «mostrar lo que piensan los demás» y a hacer que las ideas sean visibles e impactantes.
Al combinar elementos como diagramas, imágenes, símbolos y texto, la facilitación gráfica fomenta la comprensión y la colaboración grupal. Proporciona una alternativa atractiva a la comunicación puramente verbal, ayudando a los participantes a alinearse hacia objetivos comunes durante reuniones, talleres o seminarios.

During this 5-day training, funded by the Erasmus+ programme we will explore graphic facilitation and graphic recording, and how these powerful visual tools can be used in youth work.
Graphic facilitation is a way of guiding group processes through simple drawings and visual techniques that help «show what others think» and make ideas visible and impactful.
By combining elements such as diagrams, images, symbols, and text, graphic facilitation supports group understanding and collaboration. It provides an engaging alternative to purely verbal
communication, helping participants align toward shared goals during meetings, workshops or seminars.
NO DRAWING OR GRAPHIC SKILLS ARE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE: EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
IN THE TRAINING WE WILL LEARN HOW TO DRAW, BUT GRAPHIC FACILITATION IS NOT ABOUT ART, IT IS ABOUT IDEAS.
