This 9 month ESC opportunity is for enthusiastic young people aged 18–30 who are interested in ecovillages, sustainable living, and learning by doing. During your time with us, you’ll get the chance to gain hands-on experience in regenerative farming, renewable energy, building maintenance, community life, self-development, and working in intercultural teams.
Experience what everyday life is like in a Spanish ecovillage and discover the wider European ecovillage network!
The project will take place in 2027, with a flexible starting date between 1 March and 1 April 2027. Each volunteer will stay with us for around 9 months.
Most days, you’ll be working in our vegetable gardens and helping to preserve fresh produce that provides healthy food for the community and beyond. So, if you’re happy getting your hands dirty, waking up early, working outdoors, and learning how to grow and produce your own food, this could be a great opportunity for you!
On other days, you might join the maintenance and renewable energy team, helping to look after our buildings and systems, or get involved in making things like kombucha. There’s always something going on, so you’ll have the chance to try different tasks and learn new skills.
As part of the community, you’ll also take part in everyday shared responsibilities like cooking and cleaning. You’ll work together with other community members and volunteers in different operational groups, getting a real taste of what it means to live and work together in an ecovillage.

Esta oportunidad de voluntariado de 9 meses en una ecoaldea española está dirigida a jóvenes con motivación de aprender ; de entre 18 y 30 años interesadas en lo comunitario, vida sostenible y aprendizaje a traves de la práctica. Durante tu estancia con nosotras, tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia en agricultura regenerativa, energías renovables, mantenimiento de edificios, vida comunitaria, desarrollo personal y trabajo en equipos interculturales.

El proyecto se llevará a cabo en 2027, con una fecha de inicio flexible entre el 1 de marzo y el 1 de abril de 2027. Cada voluntario permanecerá con nosotros durante aproximadamente 9 meses.
La mayor parte de los días, trabajarás en nuestros huertos , ayudaras a conservar productos frescos que proporcionen alimentos saludables para la comunidad y más allá. Así que, si te gusta ensuciarte las manos, madrugar, trabajar al aire libre y aprender a cultivar y producir tus propios alimentos, ¡esta podría ser una gran oportunidad para ti!
Otros días, podrías unirte al equipo de mantenimiento y energías renovables, ayudando a cuidar nuestros edificios e instalaciones, o participar en la elaboración de productos como kombucha. Siempre hay algo que hacer, así que tendrás la oportunidad de probar diferentes tareas y aprender nuevas habilidades.
Como parte de la comunidad, también participarás en las responsabilidades diarias compartidas, como cocinar y limpiar. Trabajarás junto con otros miembros de la comunidad y voluntarios en diferentes grupos operativos, experimentando de primera mano lo que significa vivir y trabajar juntos en una ecoaldea.
